Artemis was the Greek, and Diana the roman, goddess of the moon, the hunt, wilderness, wild animals, child birth and archery. But were there any other differences

Well, Artemis was in some ways more popular than Diana, she had a group called the hunters which was a group of females who were dedicated to Artemis and sacrificed everything to become immortal warriors. Also in some story's Diana is told to be at the centre of a witch cult whereas Artemis isn't. 

Finally both Artemis and Diana have a relation to Delos which is a island in Greece. Diana was born there and Artemis had famous cults there.
